Roll On Adhesive
Our Roll On Adhesive helps decrease installation and production times, improving efficiency, while eliminating the use of other harmful solvent-based adhesives. Our trademark adhesive is latex-based, can be used on flat and vertical surfaces, has a fast cure time, and a very low odor. Roll-On vinyl deck adhesives are applied using an Econodek solvent resistant adhesive roller.
Deck Patch
Deck-Patch is a very important component of our Diy Deck Kit. We can’t stress preparation enough of your plywood deck surface before the installation of Econodek. Our Deck-Patch is a strong cement-based formula that can be sanded to create a smooth substrate for the installation of Econodek PVC membranes. Deck-Patch drys to a hard, smooth surface while maintaining excellent mixing and workability in its non-cured form. Use Deck-Patch to fill plywood joints and imperfections in the substrate such as de-lamination, voids, and knots.
Liquid Weld
The integrity of Econodek Waterproof Vinyl Decking is the overlapping vinyl seams and the ability to ensure that your deck stays completely waterproof. Our Liquid Weld formula enables you to fuse two PVC surfaces together without the need of a hot air welder. Use liquid weld for all overlapping panel seams as well as patches, post collars, and door sill wraps. It has a fast-drying and cure time and is very easy to work with.
Caulking
ChemLink-M1 is the industries most advanced indoor/outdoor premium waterproof caulk combining outstanding durability, adhesion, and flexibility with easy tooling and cleanup for both the DIY and professional applicator. ChemLink-M1 is 100% low VOC compliant, low odor, solvent-free, moisture cure caulk. Is paintable in 24 hours and provides exceptional adhesion and flexibility on Econodek vinyl decking.
L-Trim Termination Bar
Flashings are also provided. L-Trim Termination Bar is deck edge mechanical fastener is a simple and effective installation detail for DIY and professional applicators. This deck termination comes in 4 great colors that will match the pattern of your choice of Econodek Vinyl Decking. L-Trim provides simple and fast edge detailing as well as 6′ lengths for easy shipping and site handling.
Screws for L-Trim
L-Trim screws are sized and color matched to fasten the L-Trim mechanical fastener, leaving you with a clean, long lasting waterproof finished edge detail. Cad plate 1″ x #8 screws and available in boxes of 100. Deck flashings are also available.
Butyl Tape
Butyl tape is a 100% solid, non hardening, non skinning & permanently tacky pre-formed sealant formulated for sealing and bedding L-Trim mechanical fastener to Tuff vinyl membranes. It is used for permanent and easy sealing of the attachment holes in the L-Trim Termination Bar. Simply release the paper backing and apply it to the Econodek L-Trim bar.
Professional Glue Roller Sleeve
